    Hi Tip, Starts, Mario, Tawney. Newhorizons and all to follow,
    Busy day yesterday and have a dose of flu to boot, so sorry I didn't get to check in yesterday. How are you all doing? Happy Birthday to Oney's Mia and a huge :goodjob: to Tip on 7 days!!! Fantastic, Tip!

          Mario, try CTRL + F5 to force a refresh of the page. Otherwise it caches.

          And thanks - I'm only halfway through day 7, but I know its not going to be an issue. YAY!

            Well sorry to say i am of to a funeral soon,an old pal of mine was found dead in his home last saturday,he was only 43,i last seen him about 3 months ago,he didn't look well,drink,drugs the lot.his brother died seven years ago from the same,still its sad to see what this disease does to people,will we ever learn.

              We can only hope that people learn before its too late... And that we learn from the mistakes of others to make sure we don't go down the same path.

                Good morning friends.
                I had a couple of days of feeling less than great, but it's cleared up, whatever it was and I'm fighting fit once more.
                I too know many people who have abused themselves to the point of death Mario. They all must think that "it'll never happen to me", but all too often it does. I'm grateful that I've given myself a chance of avoiding that exit.
                I have a busy morning ahead. I need to get to the petshop and get rid of some fleas that have managed to hitch a ride on my cat, then I'm nipping down to see my grandchildren for a while before work.

                  thanks tips,The funeral will be ok i have been at so many,I will also get a phone call at around 12.30 for an escape plan as i know there will be lots of free drink flying around.Irish funerals are massive drinking days

                              Yeah oney there you are!
                              Yes managed to clean up after the teenage party no problem - it wasnt too bad really and you know what - they knew when to stop! Obviouly they all have an off buttom... unlike moi!
