I forgot then there was this woman not a foot away from this computer who moaned on and on about her PC not working. Then her son put new batteries in the mouse. Hey Presto, it worked.

Thank God I didn't ring the shop to complain about my new mouse. Can you imagine the shame then. I spent half the morning looking for the receipt so I wave under their nose with puffed up self righteousness.
