          yeah, youtube is ok... but then there's a part missing, etc... eh.

                      have you got a buddhist centre anywhere near you? I'm starting classes in a week or so. I'm looking forward to it - I'll let you know how it goes.
                      Meanwhile if you look up meditations on you tube there are loads - I'm really interested in a man called Jon Kabat Zinn - he practices mindfulness and that really interests me. I'm going to get one of his books as soon as I can

                            Phew I just had a nasty thought that the choccy cake would be no longer there. My teenage son has a talent for sniffing out goodies at 100 yards and can go through the contents of a fridge like a plague of locusts in lightening speed. Would be just my luck to find nothing but crumbs after spending the last half hour dribbling, thinking about my treat. But fear not friends choccy cake is being stuffed in the gob and the tea is being slurped down. Just in case any of you were concerned.
                            Now Grim how do I spell thesaurus?
                            Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?
