    Embrace them, they are part of what makes us who we are, warts and all. Easier to say for us blokes though I suppose. It is just that I think that learning to be happy in our skin is important in the overall scheme of things. Taken to extremities not liking our self image can be so self distructive. Oh dear I am off waffling away again. LOL can you imagine what it was like being stuck beside me full of beer, in a pub :H:H

                It has started already..:upset::upset:

                I HAVE to get a few pounds on by next Friday.. am meeting an ex that I went out with for 3 years....he is home from the States....so we are all meeting up...we were all mates (INC HUBBY) 20 years ago....have to try look me best so he can see what he missed lol....
