Irene, you need to watch your self-talk. If you keep telling yourself you're a loser, why would you even want to give up alcohol? You're a loser, right? Wrong. The fact that you are trying and have succeeded in some part proves that you are not a loser.
I agree with Phil, try to focus on the positives and the times you got it right. It is easy to beat yourself up over slips and they are frustrating, but look at all the times you mananged to be AF. That's impressive and it's progress. Dust yourself off, look at it as a mistake, which all humans make, and carry on trying.
