Downside to being an alkie Bridge, - I would take a teeny tiny bag of cans to the recyclers once a month so they didn't think I drank excessively, now the blooming things are everywhere in my garage. Time to bite the bullet I guess.

Right chaps.
I already feel about 1000% better here....yes I know that's not possible, but I'm no maths person.
Right Opal. What's our game plan mate ? What are your supps looking like ? I've learned not to underestimate the value of them. I have my L-Glut....and I'm prepared to use it.
I ACTUALLY slept last night. Had to drop 1 x Mersyndol, but that won't last forever.

Hey girls
Well done girls on your comittment to 30 days. You have both done it before so you can do it again. Just another step on the way out. I found it very useful in the beginning to sort of treat myself as two people the one who desperately did not want to drink and the one who would try every trick in the book to do so. At the start of each day I would literally climb inside my own head and look ahead and try to foresee any situation or scenario in that day where the evil twin could sabotage the good twin and I would plan against it - staying one step ahead is the key. We all have our own particular drinking patterns and I found that fully investigating and understanding my own particular pattern/triggers was a big step to getting out permanently for me.
