Glad to see most everyone is doing well.. but Mame, I feel for you and don't beat yourself up about wine right now, just have a cup of hot chocolate after a couple of glasses and take yourself off to bed. Be kind to yourself.. and I hope things improve for you and your mum in the morning.

Wavey its good you meditate and surf and stuff I found the bac does eliminate the desire but not the thought process as tigs says NO magic pill ... However it does work .....you just gotta keep it working with other stuff like CBT Hypno tapes and white knuckles.Comment
