Hello all,

So glad to see everyone in this new thread - great idea to make it a 24/7 thread so we can jump in any time to catch up. I've enjoyed reading! Many thanks to Reggie (nice to meetcha) for the baclofen info - will be doing some reading up on that thread you suggested.

Apologies for being out of the loop for so long - having PC problems for ages. This post is the proud product of many hours battling the blue screen of death. I can now get online, play music (thank goodness) but from time to time the poor thing still self destructs.... Ahhhh a bit like meself LOL.

Hello , just back from dinner lunch at the RSL for the Ole Man needless to say it was good to see some smiles but the daughter triped up a blind women with a cane and proceeded to abuse me as it was my fault that that ladies stupid stick got in the way ... I need to go back to that book my sister gave me "parenting the basics"!!!! Good to meet you too Fickle as tawny says drop in more often like Lots ok ! Tawns! Reggie, so glad to see you both! :l I must be honest - I"ve been having a bit of a 'black dog' Sunday.. you have both cheered me up I hereby solemnly promise to log in here daily for a while. I am caught up in some crap right now and need to lighten up. Any psychologists out there? I am very interested in the 'double bind theory' at the mo.

Yay Reggie! Not many people share my peculiar taste in music I must say!
Am at home with my kiddos listening to music & doing housework & stuff - youngest had a conversation with the older over that clip that went something sort of like:
Ms 10 - "is that a record player?"
Ms 16 - "yep.. don't you know what a record player is?"
Ms 10 - "no, but I've heard about them"
Ms 16 - "it's like they're some mythical thing"
