Well im back now with a lovely cup of coffee but I HAVE to try and do some clearing up and a little ironing today then it will be back on the sofa for me I think.........
Angle.....Im with you, I am going to do 7 days AF as my modding is going well but it does'nt hurt to keep yourself in check now and again......so im on day 2 as well, mind you its just as well as I am popping pain killers like there is no tomorrow at the mo.

Ronnie - go get your toenail seen to - listen to Aunty Bets, I used to work with a podiatrist and have watched lots of toe nail ops, nasty. If you catch it early its much better. Can't help with your back though!

Hi Bets...quietly does it is the way to go I reckon...good onya.
Toenail thing - you should see my 2yrolds toenail...half of the pinky has pulled off, from the outside corner in...it's disgustiong but he doesn't seem too worried about it. It needs a bandaid because I can't bear to see it...they both inherited MrCakes gammy soccer mauled feet.
