I have, Ronnie - I'm a Bac Boy, like Reg. I carry my p.r.n. dose with me at all times.

It just really caught me by surprise... not so much the cravings, but the thought patterns that go with it... How can I get to the bottle store alone without Mrs. T knowing. How can I get it into the house without them seeing...

Luckily I can recognise it for what it is now.

I'll be OK - no need to panic or anything. I guess it'll happen...

Anyhoo ... don't go yarping on about your madeira vine without telling me how to get rid of onion weed.

You have to be persistent and dig it out with your hands. Get rid of every little bulb. Takes forever, but it does work.

Have just spent a leisurely hour reading up on the Dali exhibit currently on at the NGV which Wavey's going to see today. Let me quote, in part, The Age art critic who said

"Because his works lay a claim to the unconscious, Dali sets you up for disappointment, because you never arrive. He engages a language for probing the depths of the psyche — where objects assume equivalences with your libidinal core — but he projects only artifice. Found my libidinal chord. (such wit so early man) Ah, a few notes need tuning, but i look forward to the 'projects only orifice' potential, that hopefully, is my weekend.
