thanks G. I feel quite at home here already,which is not usual for me.
I'm enjoying sorting out personas.
But the best thing? real people,real issues,real falls,real successes. Books can be read,forums joined,but the honesty doesn't shine through like it does here.
hi waves. Have ordered the cd's & the book,will be aiming to get right down to perhaps a glass of wine a night,& stringing together at least 2-3 AF nights per week.No more daytime drinks,no more spirits,lucky i don't like beer!!! I would like to think I could do a week or 2 AF frequently.
Just to not habitually reach for wine bottle is a good start.But not yet AF just doing the old ODAAT to stay controlled.Got some social challenges coming up so am tring to get some spinal fortitude to stay strong.
Your slip? Hey,I'm sure you'll get back on the horse huh?

Hi Everyone
Well you are all proberbly asleep by now but i had a great day with my boys at their soccer presentation and they were soooo pleased with their throphey's and we had a lovely family day.
dont know how I am going to get into my bedroom as hubbie has now moved the bedroom door.....lol I will proberbly walk into the wall tonight.....lol
