        All's well here, thanks mate. I know you'll get back on track, but for me, i couldn't, wasn't interested at having just a bottle, or a few glasses. Nup, no fun. I'd want to get quietly numb. I still don't know why, and i don't care, i just know that i would keep drinking once i had a sip, at this point. I'm disciplined enough to stop, and stay stopped, but not disciplined enough to moderate. What the feck is that about?...I don't know, i just know it to be so for me, right now. Moderation might be a possibility for me when i'm 65, i don't know, but i do know, not for me right now, and that's cool. Do you know what you need to do Waves? You sound like you're still trying the moderation angle?

                      Me...I'm fine thanks. Had a productive day doing battle with various garndeing implements like the whippersnipper ( ran out of spool line,replaced,wouldn't start) & the ride on mower (needed jump starting,did so,then ran out of fuel & fuel bottle empty).
                      It was like some Gardening God said,, beagle,little lady,don't do it today.
                      So I listened.

                          You are most probably right... I think I'm a time bomb whilst moderating..

                          I'd be interested in how a few months AF would change things for me...

                          I've only ever done 3 days AF by myself, have managed 2 weeks AF with the help of Diazepam (Valium)

                          And no, I don't know what I need to do (please help)

                              sadly G I am not doing an AF week.For some stupid reason the habit of the wine glass is still present,but I am firmly sticking to my halving rule with success.Maybe I've taken the cheat's way out by saying to self ' oh yes self,wait for the cd's,read the book"...
                              ...but i don't want to set myself up to fail so when I feel prepared,I'm going to have a red hot go.
