Bushwalking will do you the world of good. I read somewhere that exercise heals the mind, and it does even if you are a tad unfit.
Thank you Bridge :-) I lost the weight I gained from quitting the nicotine and then put some back on pigging out in Florida :-)Living now and not just existing since 9th July 2008
