What A lovely day it is here today, thanks for sending the rain away although its not in the 30's yet.....
but cant wait.
I only got the kitchen cleaned to day as hubbie came home early and we are thinking of getting a factory unit and going completly on our own re work wise, as he hates to work for other people, so it was a trip to see the business bank manager and it looks promising, just need to see our accountants now.
I have just got to persuade hubbie to take the gamble but I can feel it in my bones that it would be a good move to make.
Anyone know of a good bench saw for sale?????? along with a load of other machinery, we even have to get a fork lift.....so much money needs to be spent its frightening.
Oh well....lets go and see what esle I can clean before picking the kids up from school

GET THIS...we have the most beautiful star jasmine bush growing near our side gate, have been enjoying the beauty & scent for a few weeks now. It hangs on our fence and draps over onto the footpath side also (not obtrusively) - it's lovely. Or was...I noticed on Sunday it had been hacked back & I just spoke to our neighbour downstairs (he planted it) & said 'Geez, I guess you knew what you were doing when you trimmed it back,looks like it might be dyeing' he says "I didn't do that, some fecker has come and hacked it (with shears) and sprayed it"...we deduced that it happened between 7pm & 10pm on Sat night. I mean, who would do that?? Why why why???
God people shit me sometimes. OK, maybe someone gets hayfever but really?? You only have to walk past it. Maybe it's the bitch that lives next door...she's a cranky cow.

Angel - yep. I reckon it's the bitch next door.

NOW GET THIS ... last year, when it got really really hot, my significant fish pond either sprung a leak in the liner or the sun was evaporating water at a rapid rate of knots. So once the water level dropped to about a foot I decided I couldn't keep topping up the pond with tank water so I scooped out my fishies and put them all into my bath tub. Now, I don't have designer fishies like Wavey and Oney - mine just started out as two pet shop goldfish who've gone on to procreate with alacrity and produced maybe a hundred common-or-bush fish.

So .... since I've had some rain and reticulated water off the roof back into the pond, I released the little fishies back to their pond. Well - this is where it get's interesting. I used to feed them on the south side of the pond. Since I redesigned and refurbished it, a more appropriate feeding platform was established on the north side of the pond. After 6+ months of living in a bath tub, the fishies are all queuing up on the south side. FISHIES HAVE A MEMORY!!!!

How cool is that?

Am in the same room as MIL. She's just asked me why I buy cookery magazines. I'm screaming on the inside........

AND Mr Sweats had the stupidity to call me a very bad word and tell me it was all my fault his Mother was here in the first place ??? I lost my original wedding ring, but have taken its replacement off and am going to buy myself something lovely to wear on that finger.

Ok, am going to bake a cake because the silence is deafening..........
