I am juggling a few meds because of pain but they are all making me feel disgusting.
Am considering trying something new. Alcohol is a more effective painkiller than half the crap they dish out.. maybe baclofen would allow me to ease off just enough?

Bac is working for me fickle aside from the killing the cravings thing for me it from day one killed my anxiety problem I believe the reason I chose to self medicate with booze in the first place However if you need to check it out go to the med thread and look at the baclofen threads some experienced bad things its not a magic cure get the book Excerpt: 'The End of My Addiction' - ABC News

By the way if any one in OZ is considering the Baclofen thing I urge you to look and take the time to study the posts on the Meds thread begin here https://www.mywayout.org/community/f2...ion-34919.html its not for every one some couldnt take it due to the debilitating side affects for me no side affects just a amazing feeling of finally being able to make a valid and important choice !!!!! a choice to not drink !!!!!

Hey Mr G you huggable Honey! Yes I am feeling so much better than before.. too much Tax, Court Docs, Child Support, etc... enough to drive a SAINT out the nearest window. Aaaargh I must've done this 200 times in the last 10 years.. they keep changing the rules.. it brings me to tears of rage & frustration every time.

Thanks Reggie, I will look at that article. Today my Anxiety went through the roof.. I could JUST NOT FUNCTION!! so I know what you are talking about. My situation is complex so need to google some stuff on cross-indication or whatsit to do with what I can safely take. Will be back in touch once have done that. Jeez I hope I can tolerate Bac.
