Morning all...I went overboard on Saturday/Sat night at the party. Feeling the effects now...Mr Cakes & I both felt like we could sleep for a week. But we caught up with lotsa old friends.
Anyway, so I'm going AF for7 days...todays Day 2. I know it's a bit lame but baby steps. Tracking myself on the drinktracker also - pls everyone keep an eye on me there?? I need to make myself accountable to you guys.
Off to see Jim *sigh* even exercise seems to hard right now.

Rags - I don't think it will get that huge. In a week we've only clocked up 280 posts. The Army do that in a day! I think if you check in every day it's pretty easy to keep your finger on the pulse.

Im here, just had a busy day saturday and was flat on my back yesterday with bad back and to top it all off I think I might have an in-growing toe nail.....it really does hurt, but at least it takes the pain away from my back.....not. God im falling apart......
