              Daughter made a lime green witches lamo type thing once for Halloween worked like a treat (not trick) house was un hexed instantly except for the evil bank loan wizard he still buzzes around. Hey Wavey who did you order your B from? Whats your plan ? Hey Fickle "Ooh here she is.. with the pasta! " What health plan are you on does it cost extra Mine doesnt seem to come with a pasta nurse:H

                after a really crap day today (more later) thanks to all for an enjoyable hour of reading what has been going on since I was last here! I agree - this is the funniest thing on MWO!!

                Wavey - keen to hear about your Bac experiences.

                Tawney - I know less about Fashion week than I do about rugby! But the one news item that caught my attention was one label that had a show with all models between sizes 18-24 ... including a 64 year old woman.

                I think we should encourage diversity in lamingtons. Not that partial to strawberries myself, but a lemon one could appeal. Anyway Ronnie, looking forward to the taste test!!

                Crap day was because when I went down to see my Mum this morning she was in a bad way. Long story cut short, she is now in hospital. Actually that wasn't quite as bad as dealing with my siblings' response to it .....

                ... not true, I think we are at the beginning of the end. And I caved in and bought wine tonight. I know it isn't an answer, and that I need to deal with how things are, but tonight I'm just a bit exhausted and very emotional and dont even feel like trying to stick to The Plan.

                      BBBJ, Hi!! Yes, I had to go look up lamingtons. Read more than I wanted to about them, actually. The last thing I need in my house is another recipe for a dessert I should not eat. However, #1 grandson loves to bake and would most likely enjoy eating a dessert he knows is popular in Oz.

                      Fickle, I surmise you had surgery for something that was causing you pain. I hope it was successful. Great on the 18 days AF.

                      We actually had an afternoon here without rain yesterday. I am afraid to watch the weather this morning. Our humidity is at 90 % right now and that doesn't bode too well.

                      Note defo. I want to say I'll check on you all in the arvo but I am quite sure I'll be checking in before that only to see y'all are in bed and this thread will be very quiet.

                        Ordered 400 x 10mg from In House..

                        My plan is to start with low dose for anxiety and help with cravings and then see what happens..

                        I'll be doing my best to Moderate until it arrives..

                        Might start a daily thread so I can track what's going on (and all youse lot can have a squiz as well, Nosey buggers!)

                            Well done wavey start slow and triate up slow... i was a tad fast 10 mg morning 10 lunch 10 bed for the first 3 days others 5 x 3 then up YOU will notice immediatley the anxiety dissolving ... I went to 250 but I didnt need to i reckon the desire for al left me at about 160 ...Am now triating down to 90
