                It was pretty creepy really, but apparently you store about 2kg of crud in your colon, it had a piccy of what comes out. Reminded me a lot of when the dogs eat their bedding and poop it out

                    Can't remember what it was called, they were just herbal pills that you took for a couple of weeks and hey presto sparkly and clean.
