        I'm back, or what's left of me. Thanks so much to all of you who sent me get well wishes and for your concerns. I HAVE to take some steps to reduce stress in my life, and Hubs is finally understanding and accepting I'm not the teen-age girl he met so long ago. He finally admitted he didn't want to think about it being a permanent condition, but things are so much better now, and I'm not complaining for a minute! AL has not been a problem, and is way down the list now, thanks so much to MWO, my family, and you, dear friends.

          I am ready for another wonderful month w/ you guys! Ruby, glad you are feeling better, so sorry I couldn't visit, no more stressful trips planned for this girl!!! Then again I didn't plan it to be that way!?

            Thanks guys, I'm so in. I've been doing really well for a while with moderating, but I promised myself AF after the summer.....On day 3 now.
            AF since 2/4/10
            Nicotine free since 3/31/10
            FINALLY FREE

                Oh yes yes I want to get in gear!!

                You all are doing so amazing; such an inspiration for my Day 1 of being
                AF! I tried drinking in moderation during August...didn't turn out too well (to put
                it nicely)

                So this my first day of having my 'regular' life back: getting up early to go for
                walks...eating healthy...being creative...wanting adventure...and not feeling guilty!

                GETTING MY ASS IN GEAR!

                    this is awesome so many ready to get their ass in gear and shift to the next level of life .. it does get better with every day .. stay strong and keep thinking positive and keep those gears moving

                        Hi everyone!
                        My sorry ass is in reverse, again, but I will be seeing doc this week and talk about getting back into 1st gear later this week. I have to do this! I have a member from here coming to stay with me in a couple of weeks. Hoping we can help each other while here in real time/real life. Thank you all for keeping me inspired :h

                          Count me in as well please..........I have been af since the 12th of July, which is quite an achievement for me. I didn't really think I could do this but with help from this wonderful site I have done it and it feels great! It is so much easier for me to stay sober rather than to get sober, Joesgal
