Good for you Oney. Cheese filled pasta with pesto, garlic bread and a mixed salad was had in the KTAB household tonight.

Yes Oney I actually like the darkness not sure if it is good though! I think it might be a sign of depression!! The darkness just came very quickly, guess I was hoping for a bright September!

Yes I will miss Dad, but he did put a lot of pressure on me re: the dogs not doing that well racing at the moment. He probably has always said such things but usually I would have been half cut and not really interested in what he had to say.

I am getting worn out with the dogs lately, I'm putting it down to my sobriety, just have to come up with a cunning plan so I can cope while remaining AF.
