jonesie i havent been up on the thread lately i was feeling sorry for myself of late ,until yesterday,a gentleman at an AA meeting inspired me, a few years ago he got into an accident,head on with a transport truck and lived to tell the story,i was admiring his left leg from the surgery he had,he then xplained and showed me the other damaged leg,by the way he had shorts on,hahaha,i didnt ask him if Al was involved , but i beleive by the way he talked about his drinking escapades it was,i asked how he managed and he said he kept busy,that is the key,sobriety totally or at moderation is a gift we all have to work for,i hope this story helps a bit and i hope you have a better day,dont worry about yesterday it is over,dont worry about tomorrow it has not come,work on today and i hope your day goes better,i told him he inspred me,he grinned and said thnx gyco
