A few days ago I talked with my counselor. He made me realize I need to "let go".....of a lot of things. It has made a huge difference in the anxiety I've been dealing with and I feel much happier.

This morning right after I got in my truck this song started playing. It made me tear up and crank it up! I sang it out loud on the way to work.

Just thought it was ironic and thought I would share.
