Why can we count that we had 1.5 drinks but we can't count we had 3.5 drinks?

Hi. We modeled our Drink Tracker after another, well established product and I believe we incorporated their "drink counting" method, but it can certainly be changed. I'll put it on the list, but am not sure we can get to it right away, as we'll have to re-hire the programmer who did the work for us.
