Oh, and I wanted to tell you guys: Mrs. T had a good laugh when she heard how many Irish people are on MWO! When she visited Dublin last year, she told me that the drinknig culture is MUCH worse than in SA...

Thanks Opes. All safe and sound, despite the weather. The sleep I got was little, but deep, so I feel good this morning. I'm sure Mrs. T will think of gentler ways to put me to sleep :-)

Hi Tip, yes I reckon we would punch above our weight here if drinking was an olympic event. Sad to say the culture with young people seems to be headed much more toward binge drinking nowadays. I suppose that is true of everywhere though. This lack of sleep is going catch up with you if you dont do something about it. Have you sought proffesion advice?

Got it in one Tip. I have yet another cunning plan, 'KTAB brings back two slices of choccy cake and then says "oh dear I forgot you dont eat cake" :H

Not yet, KT. Our doctor isn't one to prescribe easily, and I want to avoid sleeping pills if I can. In the interim, Wavey gave me the name of an antihistamine that I bought OTC at the pharmacy yesterday. It helped to knock me out a bit :-) I also took 6mg of Melatonin last night, instead of the usual 3mg. I reckon I'll start getting back to normal soon enough. I'd rather sleep less than I used to, but remember my dreams and even the fact that I went to bed...
