well i received my shipment of vits and supps from swanson.com and it was one of the best ordering experiences of my life i ordered 10 different items and i was shocked at how fast the order arrived average cost was only $7.00 and i live in canada whoa! these guys have it together--------however i will still order the main supps from RJ on a side note due to life things i have put off buying cd players for the hypnos, well i went into bestbuy yesterday and got a cd/am fm radio/alarm clock for 30.00 canadian how sweet is that--- and even after 1 clearing try i did notice something good so things are geting better and everybody keep on swimmin'
