zeppie ; I'm sure Iron Chef would add some cumin,ginger & ground chilli,then saute onions,sweat some red peppers,& boil the beagle for 20 minutes.Female beagles less as they are naturally more tender than the males.Then rest the cooked beagle for 5-10 minutes before slicing & serving with the onions & peppers.
