    Foxtrot, I read somewhere that if our liver is damaged it can prevent us from losing weight. So, hopefully, as your liver heals you will become healthier and lose weight. I am trying to stay away from heavy fatty food, lots of veggies, and increased exercise and have lost some weight in the last 15 AF days. I am so hopeful that I can continue and change my life.

      I can relate to that also.

      Adding to the list some stuff on mine:

      If I didn't drink my blood pressure would return to normal - as would my blood sugar.

      I'd get more of my memory back and it would'nt feel like I'm thinking through mud every day....

      I'm back to Day One too. But I did get 3 AF last week - going for 4 starting today. Then we'll see.
