Allone is brill for getting a great balance of vits, minerals and aminos in an easlily absorbable form. Tastes pretty yuk but very doable when shaken up with orange juice.
Good for you Oney for doing this. It wiil help you no end.

Hey Opes, Starts,

Nope today was a normal day thank goodness!

This time of year is always challenging as it is operative planning time and the deadlines are insane. This coupled with a drastic headcount reduction means that the same workload is spread between far fewer people.

All things considered I am in a very good head space right now.

How are you two beauts doing?

Grimmy, I am absolutely chilled and relaxed after my superb holiday with Zenners. She has given me lots of food for thought for moving forward in my life. I feel ready now to take on some new outlooks and challenges. This is exactly what holidays are supposed to do arent they?
