Good morning all you insomniacs..if only I could wake up early!!!

Have to admit, have had a few "I will go down and buy smokes and hide them on top of the press" thoughts this morning.

Good morning.
I'll need to get ready and head into town this morning and give my wages away again.

When I went to see Darla and Xander yesterday, they were both delighted to see their old grandad. Xander's talking is coming along great. "Hiya Grandad" made me smile. I had a severe haircut last week and my granddaughter asked me if my hair was broken. She cracks me up.
I got invited to a 25th wedding anniversary do tonight. Too many people with perfect lives and relationships who have never done anything wrong will be sitting in judgement, so I'll give it a miss.

That 25th wedding do sounds wank...not my cup of tea either...stay at home, relax and eat chocolate in the bath....much better option!

Children say some of the funniest things, they crack me up.
I think your right not to go to the "do" tonight if your not going to feel comfortable, there's enought shi** to deal with without MAKING yourself feel uncomfortable.

The kids are a delight.
I've got the stuff in to make a walking stick for when I go up into the hills. A nice piece of hazel and a buffalo horn handle. I'll start on that tonight.

Thanks Opes.......It is a pure vanity thing.....which is a dreadful thing to admit...went to that wedding on Sat and I was looking at the pics and I think I look wank and I fugure the smokes are certainly doing it. So they have to go......day 4 today and feeling ok.....I need to let the craving pass and not dwell on it...because it does pass. I am not using anything as I want to be totally free from nicotine.

On a good note, I have eaten more in the past 3 days than I would in a week and I have been eating breakfast and really healthy dinners...and honestly do feel the benefit of it...will weigh myself next Mon and see how I have done.
