    Army Thread 20th September

Oh Draggy, I know that feeling of unexplained tiredness.
Sometimes it can be a symptom of depression though...do you think it might be? If so, maybe a chat with the doc would help?

Oh yes, it certainly changes things Irish. I NEVER thought I could be comfortable either in my own skin or with my past. I still have my moments, but they are few and far between. For me, being sober is really the way to go.

                Ah, thats good.
Well, maybe you just need a bit of a rest? I would just go with it for a while. If it goes on for more than say a month, maybe get to the docs for a blood test?
I had my iron levels, thyroid etc checked out when I went. If anything is out of whack, it can cause tiredness.

I expect it has lots to do with that. It takes a while to get our balance back after a trauma like that.
Rest and good food is probably the order of the day

fiona is doing really well limey just so much happier within herself and religiously goes to the supportgroups, she gets a lot out of it.
roisin will have her operation after christmas and they will burn away the bad cells untill then, so i presume its not an emergency so that should be good
