I signed yesterday and I forgot to let you all know about it.
I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

                    Colbe,
Your case just baffles me. Our system is so F-up!!!!! I am assuming you do not have the funds to hire an attorney, correct? Have you tried any pro-bono attorneys? Almost all attornys will take a case or two each year for free. Call them all...hell all they can do is say no. Maybe you could get your local paper to write about your story. Hound the people at social services to damn death. Don't take NO for an answer...their job is to get families back together not rip them apart. Go above the lil idiots head. She has a boss ya know. AND her boss has a boss. The fact they moved your child out of state is unheard of in most cases. At the very least you should be having supervised visitation with your child. Don't stop fighting....you brought her into this world and she is worth the fight. I can only imagine your pain, but turn that pain into anger and fight like hell girl. With as much love as you have for her...fight!!!!

Hi Colbe. Hope it helps. I'm really proud of you and what you're doing. We have the same appalling problem here and CYFS ends up failing those kids that need them the most because their cases are too hard - easier to traumatise those families who are going to give them less grief I think.

Ooooh! and I was SO excited about you hearing from the Dr Phil Show - I love watching that here!! Let us know how you get on.
                        I'm not a flip flop - I'm a Jandal!:undercover:

I PMed you...but the worst part is since they dropped all the neglect against me and I can have unsupervised visits whenever I want, she is 5 hours away and my car is not insurred due to my lask of work. She can also come home, but not as long as I am with my husband because of her "weak" allegation of fondling...because she did not want to move away from Nashville. Even though his case is "unfounded", in TN whatever a 13yo says, is apparently the rule...gets what ever they want...driving the damn bus...at THIRTEEN!
