    I am logging back onto MWO for the first time in months. Have had many life setbacks and many excuses all summer.....sick and tired of being sick and tired, and of course once again I am realizing that the bottle is not helping!. No one tells you when your young that every time you "fall off the wagon" as an adult it gets harder and harder to get back on. Determined again to stay on my wagon...

      You know it's amazing that I thought of you the other day and realized you were not around. It's interesting that we depart from the things that we know will serve us best. Or I do anyway. So what's going on?
