    One2Many has 7 days!

    Any of us who have been reading for a while know how many people Oney has reached out to while we battle Al, and also know in the past year she has struggled herself not only with getting rid of Al, but attempting to get rid of that other piece of S***e, Nic from her life.

    Well, today she has done a whole week- any of us who have done it in the past know how hard it is but after 5 days the worse is over. You have done it Oney- I don't know what to say, just that YOU ROCK!!

          That is one hell of an achievement! You stood by me during my own journey, and even shed a tear when I finally got to day 1 AF over a month ago!

          So: a bloody fantastically well done pat on the back for you!

                Great stuff Oner's. It took me around 3 months to break the mental habit on all the occassions i tried. (smoke free now, of course) Go for it! Be patient, ruthless, smart, and nail this annoying little fecker! You must be looking and feeling better than ever? Is this possible?! You'll be running the Dublin half marathon next!.....;-)
