I managed a full 10 hours last night. I think I maybe back on UK time. YAY!!!

Today I am going to meet a friend for lunch which is great as I still have my tan :-)

Mr JC gave up smoking 3 days before he proposed to me. I think he really wanted a cigarette not a wife. He hasn't smoked for over 25 years.
