          Hi Bridge. Thank's Popeye, and great idea re the gym. I couldn't afford it 3 mths ago when i joined, but on balance, a great tool. It was/is, a real boost to my journey.

                        Thanks Bridget.
                        I'm don't want to come across all smug, but I'm really pleased. My counsellor first met me when I was at a really low point and to be honest, I didn't see much of a future or much point in one. Since then things have got so much better, and I know this trend will continue. I feel good in myself.

                                I can only just afford it. ?33 a month, but that gets me into the gym and the pool and the sauna.....I loooove the sauna after a work-out. I've got the mornings to myself and I think that would be a great way to start the day.
