Strange as it may seem, I don't have a lot to say this morning, but I am bouncy enough

Morning Oh Bouncy Wouncy one!

Sometimes its nice to just ponder, so I will take your place in the talking stakes if thats ok?

Today I am going to be a good little swat and do my homework. Its a learning journal, I need to write about my thoughts and feelings of what we went through yesterday. It sounds pretty easy, but I bet when I sit down in front of a blank screen I will find that its not.
Going out for my first "work do" with the addiction agency this evening. Surprisingly enough, I feel pretty comfortable. I am driving, so I wont need to give an explanation as to why I wont drink and no one has any pre conceived ideas about my behaviour, so it will be like starting with a blank canvas (unlike my previous job).

Irish, good luck today with the mammygram. I know they arent pleasant (they are fecking unpleasant actually!!) but prayers are with you that all is well today.

I've found that using a .txt file works brilliantly. Just text, no formatting, no frills, just thoughts. Then you can massage it afterwards.
