Yes. It's for congestion and when youve quit for a little while - couple weeks or more your lungs start to clear out with some coughing. The tea helps move it out.

Hello, sleepyheads!

I've just hung the curtains again. I EVEN VACUUMED!!! THat is a 1st I'll have you know!

All the light switch plates are back on, and doorknobs replaced.

I wonder how long it will now take me to finish up that pesky cable which needs to be glue-gunned again... I always seem to be leaving one or two little things undone when it comes to DIY...

It took me the entire weekend to get the room painted!!!

I HATE the prep work - the filling, sanding, washing down with sugar soap... In typical managerial style, I just want to do the rewarding bits - i.e. standing back and admiring the end result!

I took them up to Hogsback Tips. It was great! It quickly turned misty and cold so we retreated indoors for a log fire, coffee and chocolate cake!

Oh Yum! I love choccie cake (as KTAB refers to it). Especially if you have it with some good quality vanilla ice cream on the side. Have you ever tried it that way?

Oh, and Hogsback sounds good too...
