It sounds like your house is getting a good old spruce up Tippers. Are you painting all the rooms? Was it the curtains that brought the painting on? I know when I do one thing in the house, it leads to another, and another...

That's the problem. The new curtains made the walls seem out of place. Now the new freshly pianted walls make the light fittins seem tired... The carpet is next, I guess.

I'm not planning on doing all the rooms, though. It will kill me faster than AL was busy doing...

But then again, the passage can do with a facelift... Then the family room will look jaded...
