my aunt took her 1st driving test on her 40th birthday. She took a massive panic attack, tried to start the car with her house keys,burst into tears and asked if she could start again.

the examiner took her out of the car at her down,told her to take a few deep breathes and then they would restart.

She passed!

I doubt I could drive now with an examiner in the car, it would be worse than having my mum in the passenger seat, she flinches and gulps anytime you pull out into traffic or a car gets anywhere near you. It's very stress full

I once took my dad for a hospital checkup and when I dropped him back home he looked at me and just said 'don't worry love, I'll just get a taxi next time'

Hello again, all

Happy Windsday, as we call it in the Hundred Acre Wood. You guessed it: Cape Town is windy at the moment. Its known as the Black Southeaster or the Cape Doctor (because it blows away all air pollution).

When it gets really bad (towards November), I'll post some pictures of people hanging onto lampposts, and women with their skirts the wrong way up... We've even had double-decker buses getting blown over...

Better plan your trip to not coincide with wind season, Oney! Your skinnly little bum will get blown right away...

Hi Guys...had a deliciois nana nap after 8 hours of sleep last night!! I must have some sort of tired disease....

Shite, I am not comingin windy season.....I remember when I was a kid and it was windy and my mum needed milk from the shops, she always made me buy potatoes too...to weigh me down..

I missed Zep - wanted to know about the sunami at Pago Pago. When I took my driver's test I aced the written, but TOTALLY screwed up the driven. Luckily, I was 16 and cute, and my inspector was very young and flirty! My sister failed 3 times!
