Hi all good to hear you cindy you had us all worried... Hi ronnie you are always a bright spot .... Wavey the relaxtion is good anit it ..have you noticed a decrease in your anxiety for me it was instantaneous I m the sort who cant go to a shopping complex without the feeling that every one is looking at me and my brain inventing shite increasing my paranoia until i break out in a cold sweat and have to run shit or go blind terrifying !!!!!! however STRANGELY I dont experience that at Bunnings. Hi oney!!! Its 8 oclock according to the Angelina Bellerina clock ..... Dont forget to turn the clock forward day light savings starts this week end. have a wonderful night

Cheers for the heads up on Daylight savings Wedgie, I had no idea...

Yep my anxiety has all but disappeared and the need to drink is not urgent at all....I'm only taking 15mg a day..

I can't be arsed doing anything, hope my body gets used to the bac soon... I think it's getting better

I have been working studying and training lately...enjoying it immensely as well as having a few difficult experiences which I guess come come with the territory. But over all, everything is grand thanks.

Our clocks go back end of Oct sadly....
