Oh mate, I'm so sorry. We both really picked a helluva time huh?? When this is all over I'm going to have a holiday!

Hello everyone!
Good idea,starting a new thread - I could never work out before whether we were on page 224 or further down the track!!!
So I'm up to Perth for a few days to help out with a calamity to do with horses - damn bloody things.Getting crook at the drop of a hat with a performance to do each night whilst the Royal Show is on.Arrggh! So off to be the magic wand person & heal them all!

Re-posting this here, as Tawny suggested. Hiya Pan, good to see you. (nothing wise here Pan, just how it is for me.)
AF is the way to go. It looks to be impossible as a lifestyle from a distance, but we can, and do create an af lifestyle, and reclaim our lives, and ourselves.
A life where the constant thoughts of getting trashed, are reduced to a once in awhile passing thought, that is so weak, and has become so unattractive, irrational, and on balance, when we quickly weigh it up, (for me, in a split second) is something we actually are not interested in doing. It's a slow re-wiring of our mind, and habit/routines, which means our thinking. Do the work. Be persistent, patient, ruthless, smart, relaxed, and go for it. There are many humps and bumps, especially in the early day's. If we ride these through, we will come out the other side a smilin'! Just some thought's.....
