That's great to hear re you exercising, Tip. I do it regularly, and i know it's a very important part of my 'recovery'. (like 'alcoholic', don't like that word much, but it applies) Exercise also makes you feel like you can take on the world, and combined with not drinking, we can, and do!
Day off today, yay! so a bit of a lay in. Have a grouse day all.

Morning all....Tippers exercising?? Good on you!

We went to the Noodle Markets in Hyde Park last night for dinner - part of 'Good Food' month in Sydney. It was chocker, queues everywhere (the longest one was for alcohol though - didn't need that one yay!!) Beags I thought of you - you don't like crowds right?? Neither do I anymore - never used to worry me.

We're off on a ferry ride today with visiting Grandma & Grandad - they're staying in Kings Cross so I've been hanging out there a bit this week. This American artist has put all this knitting around the tree trunks & lamp posts in the Cross - she's even put a 'sweater' on the bus shelter bench - it looks amazing.

Thanks for the tip Tawns.. might check it out as it occurs to me my interest in the outside world is returning..

Had a lovely surprise yesterday morning when, instead of the usual lady assigned to help me with cleaning, a young fella with a sparkle in his eye showed up.. whizzed about and cleaned the house from top to bottom in an hour, leaving plenty of time for coffee & chat.

After that I went for a happy trot on my treadmill feeling entirely refreshed & optomistic.. had forgot what a bit of male company can do :H:H:H

Glad to see everyone on track.
Well the boy and I are doing a runner to Sinney for a coupla days. Managed to get some cheap seats at Darling Harbour, so that should keep us out of mischeif for a bit.
So Angel, if you see a strange woman siddling up to you, giving you piercing sideways looks...........you'll know who it is :H:H:H
