I guess with bac it works well for some & not for others, though some say it's worth a bit of fiddling about to get the right dosage.. I like the idea that you can survive on a low dose & have a 'prn' for times of higher stress (like when the rellies drop in.. eek!)

I'm just waiting to be utterly clear-headed.. about 3 months AF & at least a month away from being an anaesthetic head before I try bac.. want to get the exercise & salad regime in full swing before attempting anything more drastic.

Hey Fickle
Wear what is comfortable and does your feet and spine least discomfort. Disregard the fashion hounds!! I've been wearing Blundstones for years and making my own fashion (and comfort) statement.
See you all tomorrow very early, then I'm off the air for 5 weeks. My love to you all.

LOL.. I thought you had gone Wavey!
Decided to watch burn notice instead
Thanks Rags, I know I shall be in 'sensible shoes' for a while now. I love blundstones, did wear them for years too... but not sure now with the corporate thing.
Have a great trip! Looking forward to hearing how it goes.. bonvoyage!

hey fickle - yep,we're flying to Melbourne in a coupla weeks for the Vic Derby (lead up to Melb Cup) but as I've nevere been a fashionista I felt rather stoopid buying a dress...but I might have to go girly & buy another in Mell-born.Damn country hic,me.
My paranoid fear is trying to get thru the race meeting wearing crippingly high heels....can I borrow Rag's crutches? Or Tawny's zimmer? Might need it.....

Ficks - never been to Melb but staying in South Yarra - good clothes shops pretty close? Only got the friday before the races to shop & would HATE to pressure shop for frocks.....(man,I sound rather plastic don't I...) arrrgghhh -- i don't ever do this!!!!
And coincidentally,as I start to enjoy an evening here with MWO friends on the puter, hubby waltzes home so thus I must exit temporarily....hello to everyone again & goodnight to you Fickles & Wavey & Rags & all others.Catch you soon hopefully.
