Mame - sandwiches

There's usually a chicken/mayo combo - chook cut into little bits.
There was a smoked salmon & cream cheese option...ummm, a wrap with marinated capsicum and of course plain cucumber - all with butter (not marg) But you could do anything as long as it's served on one of those tiered plate thingys. Sammys go on the bottom & scones on top (with jam & cream) The scones didn't come near my Gran's.
