Evening all
Bridge I'm taking 5mg of Bac 3 times a day (Which is nothing) and the desire to drink is greatly lessened, I'm drinking later and less..
The urgency just isn't there.. It's day 4 today and I've opened a bottle of red that I know I won't finish..

Cool Wavey. If the bac's not hurting you, and your drinking less, that's not a bad thing, of course. Maybe this fact will launch you into the next phase, i.e. somehow jolt your thinking, get a clearer idea in your head of where you want to go with the grog? Unless you already know, and i realise you've been battling it for awhile....
