Hey Reggie...I've been off the BAc for the last few days...It really knocks me around..

Ie: Sleepy, wired, feeling weird ...

No way could I have gone away with friends this weekend and seemed normal, let alone paddle out through the shore break to surf..

WIll start again this week, less and slower...

How was the weekend?

Great to hear, Waves!
My w/kend has been fabulous. Made lot's of music, and hanging with good folk. Many highlight's, but this morning after a run/gym/swim (pool, didn't get time for beach) had breakfast in a little cafe outdoors in the sun. Very peaceful, and relaxing......the little things..

Wavey missed you buddy sounds like surfing is your way out... sorry to hear about the bac side effects ...the wired weird spacey thing has been experienced by quite a few ...for me nothing like that just took the cravings away spose Im a lucky one like tips ...My weekend was good went fishing with Mrs Reg today caught a star fish so the Reg family starves this evening

Off Willamstown the 8 bucks i paid for the bait I could have bought a nice piece of flake with..... but it was a beautiful day to sit and catch star fish

Last Summer, me and a mate hired a Tinny, bought bait and fished for 3 hours...

Cost us $100 and we did the whole "How many kilos of prawns could have we bought for $100?" Thing..

We caught enough flat head for one of us to have a feed, a 3 foot round stingray and a whiting the size of a pea but we did see a couple of dolphins and had a great afternoon..

Thank God for the Supermarket...

Nighters G and wavey good to see you man ....Im off to the sack too......This week is gonna be a bore ...... on one of those stupid corporate course things all week with friggin ROLE PLAY.... just a thought maybe I will spread eagle on the floor and pretend to be a star fish and they may send me home with some good meds ...have a wonderful week guys

P.W. Aside from my response to your p.m., which probably wasn't that helpful, have you read the med's thread on this site yet? International, but i suspect some Oz specific info, otherwise keep checking in here and someone may have an idea.

Morning all,

Reading last night's fishing tales reminded me of a couple I knew. Every Thursday the bloke would hand out the weekly Housekeeping Money to the wife. He'd go fishing at the weekend and if he caught something he'd make her pay back a portion of the allotted funds. I often wondered how they managed to have kids.
