                            Great work Betty! Sounds like you are powerin along too.

                            I got off to a great start with the walking but got on a juggle between exercise v painkillers.. decided to ditch the codine & got grumpy for a few days because of back pain & withdrawal etc.. it means more rest BUT the good news is I think I'm ready to walk some more tomorrow.

                            The mojo should return as predicted Mr G - I am back to eating sensibly as I realised the last time my diet worked I was getting plenty of exercise. Unfortunately I have to hold my high energy self down and be patient while other parts of me catch up.
