      Yep, Surftastic here...

      Had a Weekend at Lorne (Great Ocean Road) the week before last, a day trip to Bells Beach last weekend and will be heading to Phillip Isle on Sunday for 8 foot waves (bit scary)

          The wonderful Fickle I shouldnt be here bac insomnia!!!!! off to bed again..... last time I had bac insomnia I stayed up looking at the bath tub wondering how porcelian can attract so manny hair folicles!!! Tonight i clocked up 2 hours looking at the bedroom ceiling cracks... I so need to sleepo:H

              Night Reg, bac don't sound too good.. hmmmm I've rethought the whole bac thing and may give it a miss. I think my rediscovery of reading is the true way ahead.. take a long and challenging book to bed and voila! after a couple of patient hours... a sound nights sleep!!

                I do truly love smashing things, even if it's hard work...

                I can remember the first time I got paid for knocking out brick walls with a sledge hammer..

                Ahhh, If I did that every day, I could knock off the SSRI's....

                  Its not that bad Fickle Im being silly.... actually friday night and NO cravings bac has worked wonderfully for me but and a big but I cant do this forever I have to decide to do it by force of choice the bac is a help but not a cure

                      Wavey, I've got a couple of very enthusiastic teenage boys next door who are just hanging for me to give the go ahead to knock out the front steps.. just waiting till I can afford a deck first

                      Reg, one main reason I'd like to lose the Al is the anxiety & sleep dep so no go if bac is not good for sleep. I just miss the glass of wine with friends or the one when stressed.. etc.. you know.. if only it didn't get away on me

                              Fickle SSRI = Selective Seratonin Reuptake Inhibitors...anti depressants love....in manner of Prozac and the gang.
