Bac knocks some people out and makes other feel like they have taken speed...

I use it every second night when I really want a drink and it works..

I take half a tablet and I am six foot one and weigh 85 kgs...

It's a useful tool but you need to tailor it to suit you, so trial and error...

I have a massive amount of Bac, thanks to Tip's advice (He needed lots) so if you want some to try, PM me and I'll happily post them to you...

Don't be scared, just start really slow..

How the bloody hell do a start a vege patch?

I want to start something for the wee chicks in some pots out the back! I want them to help me and I am NO gardener..I am a virgin greenthumb so HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in WA.mid-west.. what is good to plant, relatively fast growing and what do I need to get started? All advise greatly appreciated!

if you want to start really low key, try growing lettuce from seed in egg cartons. I'm quite big on deck gardening, and did this with the little girl from next door and her friend (who primarily come to visit to see our foster kittens!!). Lettuce germinate in about 7-8 days, so they get relatively quick results, and can be easily transplanted into a bigger container as required. They were ticked pink!!

Basically anything that doesn't have a big root system is okay for pots. I''ve got lettuce, silverbeet, raddichio, courgetttes and tomoatoes .... peppers would also be good in WA (too cold for them here). And use a good quality vegetable mix (from garden center) to put them in.

Morning Tip and Oney,

kittens are grand .... bopping around the place now. They weight 500-600 grams and are at the amazingly cute stage. Round and perfectly formed!! Mum cat very bored with them and think she will go back to SPCA in the next week or so (which our two adopted cats wwill be very happy with!!)

Lettuce is so easy Oney. I dont know why people bother buying them!!

Off to the garden right now!
