      HELLO! Have just popped in for a mo. Have completed my first 2 full working days and am flipping knackered. Haven't upset anyone yet so that's a bonus Have just got to finish making a trifle and am off out to dinner.

      Minnie - if your at a dinner tonight and you get offered trifle, don't eat it, it has lots and lots of cointreau in it!

            Ok! am I the only one who struggles to follow you folks sometimes..but am also in paroxisms of laughter in the mean time?? Please say it aint so,or am I just a duffer?

            Not AF at the mo! Going one on one off right now, struggle..urgh! But okay, cause am here!
            Tawny what in hell is your avatar anyways, cause it kind of freaks me out at times if I look at it too long!
            Swimming lessons tomorrow with daughter number one, then 'attempting' to start a vege garden (dare I even speak it???)

                Morning everyone!

                Busy day planned here ....... off to Briscoes to get a few things (all our glasses have started breaking all at once for some strange reason. We reckon they must just get "fatigued" after a while), pick up a laptop that has been repaired, clean up Mum's house, long swim ......... and then a relax!!!

                Our letter box got vandalised yesterday, which I am very grumpy about. It is shared by 4 houses, and we had all pitched in to get a new one about 18 months ago. One of those things that will cost us a bit of money to get fixed .... and not really worth and insurance claim for. in short a bit of an embuggerace!!

                        What a bouncing mob of underoos this morning!

                        Bets - I read on another thread you were asked not to wear open-toe shoes to work. Now if it's a building site or sawmill you're working at, I wholeheartedly agree.

                        The sun is shining - I'm outta here. Oh - a GP ticked me off the other day for being brown. She said "you're caucasian, you're supposed to be white". Ummm ... when you spend the best part of your day outdoors, it just sort of happens. It's not like I anoint myself with coconut oil and lie on a bloody deck chair. Geeesh.

                            My event was waterless, boatless sailing. I used to just tack back and forward across the pavement with the occasional foray into athletics to have leap frog competitions over wheelie bins etc. (just about 'ripped myself a new one' one night )
                            Last night at 2am my best friend in Queensland phoned to tell me that she had ordered a Ped Egg from Demtel 1800 line. Apparently the first guy hung up on her because she was so rat arsed he couldn't understand her.
                            Then she rang back at 2.15 am to make sure that I understood that the Ped Egg has 10 attachments :H
                            I'm so glad I don't drink and dial.
